Depending on the veteran’s era, character and length of service, spouses may be eligible to receive:

• Widow’s pension
• Death benefit
• DIC (Death and Indemnity Compensation)
• Educational benefits for spouse and children
• Burial allowance
• Champ VA (health benefits)
